4On April 18th, the domestic standard development seminar on the "Four Probe Method for Resistivity of Nanomaterial Carbon Nanotube Powder" was held at Ningbo Materials Institute as scheduled. The attendees of this meeting included leaders of the Nanometer Standards Committee, experts in the nanomaterials industry, and standard drafting units.

This meeting mainly revolves around three standards for discussion, as follows:
Draft for review of "Four probe method for resistivity of nanomaterial carbon nanotube powder"
Submitted draft of General Rules for Contact Measurement of Resistivity of Nano material Conductor and Semiconductor Nano powder Materials
Discussion draft on "Four probe method for measuring the conductivity of nanomaterial graphene materials"

Ding Hailong, General Manager of Suzhou Jingge Electronics, as a technical expert of nano powder resistivity tester, was invited to attend, and as the first two national standards to continuously follow up technical exchange services (last year's 2018.12.7 Shenzhen Nanometer Domestic Standards Review Conference), he was unanimously praised by the leaders of the Standards Acceptance Committee, industry experts and standard drafting units.

In this meeting, General Manager Ding Hailong of Suzhou Jingge Electronics deeply participated in the technical exchange of the newly drafted standard discussion draft "Four Probe Method for Conductivity Measurement of Nanomaterials Graphene Materials" by Ningbo Institute of Materials.


For the technical problem encountered by Ningbo Materials: "The resistivity test of powder materials is carried out by pressing the sheets first and then testing, and a large part of the pressing and mold cannot be formed. Suzhou Jingge Electronics, as a professional manufacturer of powder resistivity testers for 10 years, has well-established solutions and mature powder resistivity testing instruments. The key point of the technical solution is to change the traditional idea of "asynchronous testing" of "first pressing, then testing", and adopt the "synchronous testing" scheme of "one side pressing, one side testing". There is no need to consider the problem of pressing and forming, and this problem is effectively avoided from a theoretical perspective. You can also take samples at once, continuously apply pressure at multiple points, and continuously test multiple sets of data to avoid asynchronous testing where only one pressure point data can be obtained through one tablet pressing, greatly improving work efficiency. It's really twice the result with half the effort!
During the meeting, Director Liu, the standard project leader of Ningbo Materials Institute, ordered a set of ST2742B automatic powder resistivity tester from us on site.
