——Technical exchange on the development of the "Standard for Measuring the Resistivity of Graphene Powder"
On the morning of July 31st, a cool breeze swept over my face. At the invitation of our partner, the Domestic Graphene Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center, Suzhou Jingge Electronics Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Ding Hailong and Mr. Ding, our team of three visited the first domestic graphene quality inspection center approved by the General Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine in Huishan District, Wuxi.
The main purpose of this trip was to conduct in-depth technical exchanges on the four probe tester, powder resistivity tester, and ultra-high resistance tester that have already been put into use at the domestic Graphene Product Quality Inspection Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Quality Inspection Center"), as well as the proposed ultra-high resistance tester. We exchanged in-depth technical and cooperative opinions on the development of the "graphene powder resistivity testing standard".
The attendees of this meeting include Deputy Director and Outstanding Engineer, Director Wang Qinsheng, ASME Inspector, Dr. Liu Zheng, Director of Application Research and Development Department, Dr. Yang Yongqiang, Director of Research and Development Department, Director Jin Lingjin, Director of Science and Technology Management Department, and Engineer Chen Xiaobao, who is responsible for this reception.
The Quality Inspection Center is currently the most comprehensive and cutting-edge graphene testing laboratory internationally. In terms of graphene testing standards, it is a domestic standard leader unit (TG2) and a provincial-level director unit in Jiangsu. Thirteen graphene testing standards have been issued, filling the gap in the field of graphene testing standards in China.
Suzhou Jingge is currently the leading supplier of graphene resistivity testing equipment in China, with cutting-edge technology and comprehensive services in graphene resistivity testing. Has numerous customer foundations and testing experience.
Although the two sides only had a brief exchange, it played a significant role in promoting the improvement of testing equipment and the development of testing standards for the graphene and carbon nanomaterial industries.
After the meeting, the enthusiastic Mr. Chen led us to visit the Central Science and Technology Museum and the offices for testing various materials and products, giving us a further understanding of the relevant applications of graphene in various industries.
The center covers an area of about 20 acres, with a building area of 16000 square meters and a total investment of 130 million yuan; We have 20 professional and technical personnel, including 3 PhDs, engaged in related scientific research and testing work; We have various high-end testing equipment such as spherical aberration corrected transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), etc., with a value of over 60 million yuan. Currently, we are the most comprehensive and cutting-edge graphene testing laboratory in the world. The center is the leader unit of the domestic graphene testing standard of the National Standards Committee (TG2), and the director unit of the Jiangsu Graphene Standardization Technical Committee and Jiangsu Graphene Testing Standardization Technical Committee. The center released thirteen graphene testing standards in 2014, filling the gap in the field of graphene testing standards in China at that time.
