The ST2643 ultra high resistance micro current tester (high resistance volume resistivity surface resistivity tester) is a multi-purpose comprehensive measurement device that uses the principle of the ring three electrode method to measure the volume resistivity and surface resistivity of solid insulation materials. It can also be used as an ultra high resistance meter or micro current tester. The design of this instrument complies with the standard GB/T 1410-2006/IEC 60093:1980: "Test Method for Volume and Surface Resistivity of Solid Insulation Materials".
The instrument consists of a complete set of components such as the host, standard circular three electrodes, and connecting cables.
The host mainly consists of a high-voltage power supply, a micro current detector, and an embedded microcontroller system. All parameter settings and function conversion of the instrument are input using digital keyboards; Equipped with zero and full scale correction functions; Manual/automatic range conversion; The test data is displayed by a dual digital meter, with the left window displaying the volume resistivity of the test results and the right window displaying the test conditions: test voltage, test current, and set correction factor.
Electrode selection: The instrument is equipped with standard circular three electrodes, and customers can also refer to national standards as needed and prepare their own electrodes to expand application scenarios.
