2.1 Basic functions
The ST2921B proton exchange membrane fuel cell bipolar plate resistance testing system is a professional integrated measuring instrument that uses the principles of four terminal method and four probe method to test the electrical resistivity, bulk resistance, contact resistance, and other parameters of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) bipolar plates, carbon paper, and components.

GBT20042.6-2011 Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells - Part 6: Test Methods for Bipolar Plate Characteristics, GBT 20042.7-2014 Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells - Part 7: Test Methods for Charcoal Paper Characteristics, and GBT 1552-1995: Direct Four Probe Method for Determining the Resistivity of Silicon and Germanium Single Crystals.
2.2 Complete system composition:
The main units of the testing system include: measurement and control host and color LCD display screen, automatic pressure control console, automatic thickness dial gauge, four terminal gold plated electrode, four probe testing platform and four probe probe, as well as supporting PC measurement and control software.

e. Multi mode selection for human-machine dialogue measurement and control, simple and efficient.
Single machine mode, all parameter settings and function conversion of the instrument are displayed using touch buttons and color screens,
Online mode, with supporting PC software, providing complete and convenient functions such as parameter setting interface, measurement and control interface, and online help interface. Used to achieve measurement and control functions for instruments on the PC, as well as functions such as data viewing, editing, saving, printing, and historical query.

3.2 Test condition parameters can be provided
a. Eight level constant current source: 0.1uA, 1.0uA, 10uA, 100uA, 1.0mA, 10mA, 100mA, 1.0A. Accuracy ± 0.1%.
Voltmeter: 20mV~2.0V automatic range, accuracy ± 0.1%.
b. The electrode selection and pressure condition recommendation system provides a rated pressure of 10000N (1000KG), with a recommended cross-section of 25cm2 as the column. The optional pressure range is 0-4MPa, which is related to the electrode and sample cross-section. Please refer to Table 3.1 for details
3.3 Single machine mode data representation form and accuracy level parameters

a. Real time synchronous display: resistivity ρ、 Resistance R, contact resistance, accuracy ± 0.3%, Scientific notation of "5 significant digits+order of magnitude units".

a. The software measurement and control interface and instrument color screen display relevant content in real-time synchronization.
