Electrical resistivity characterization technology is the most typical method for studying the phase transformation behavior of metals and alloys, such as analyzing the carbon movement behavior in good steel, studying the kinetics of alloy precipitation, and characterizing the pre phase transformation behavior of shape memory alloys. Resistivity is very sensitive to these phase transition behaviors, and the application of resistivity methods to study the dynamic behavior of alloy precipitation is also a very important means, which is the only means that can monitor the entire time period of alloy aging precipitation process. At the same time, through the evolution law of resistivity, different stages such as GP zone, precipitation incubation time, precipitation end (with a large amount of precipitation), and maturation process can be clearly determined. For all precipitation strengthened alloys, resistivity data can provide important process guidance. In addition, the appearance of nanodomains during the pre phase transition process leads to modulus softening and relaxation internal friction behavior, especially in the early stage of phase transition, which is difficult to achieve through electron microscopy observation. However, the appearance of nanodomains shows an increase in resistivity. Therefore, the evolution process of temperature and domain area at which nanodomains appear can be clearly characterized through resistivity evolution.
This system is mainly composed of a high-precision and high stability small current source, a high-precision AD sampling chip, and an embedded chip, an intelligent management and analysis software for the upper computer, and a metal resistivity intelligent storage and analysis instrument composed of vacuum multi-stage temperature control heating equipment. According to the testing process requirements, the heating and cooling curves of the metal samples can be arbitrarily set. Through precise measurement of the electrical resistivity during the process, the analysis of the internal structural changes of the metal, such as phase transformation, carbides, solid solubility, and other characteristics, can be completed.
Instrument set composition:
1. Temperature control box: arbitrarily set multiple heating and insulation curves, heating range: room temperature to 1000 ℃. Temperature control accuracy ± 1oC.
2. Vacuum heating furnace tube: quartz vacuum tube is used to achieve a vacuum sealed state, reaching 6 * 10-2Pa.
3. Control signal box: A high-precision constant current source of 200uA-10mA, continuously adjustable (or customized) through computer communication control, with measurement accuracy up to 1u Ω.
4. Computer: Communication control temperature controller heating curve, real-time reception of current temperature value and storage display. Display resistivity temperature curve combined with temperature values. Simultaneously store the testing condition information of the process and the data of the testing process. Complete basic database management, query, printing, and other functions.
5. Low temperature device: The low temperature experiment can be extended to -150 ℃ to complete the high and low temperature experiment function.
6. App remote monitoring: The mobile app completes the monitoring of the main parameters of the experimental equipment, and can understand the current state of the experiment without having to stand by the stove.
Suitable for testing the conductivity, microstructure changes, and phase change information of metal materials in scientific research institutions and universities.
