1、 Overview of functional and structural features
Basic function: SZT-G rubber and plastic material resistivity testing platform, equipped with four probe instruments to form a complete testing system. It is a multi-purpose comprehensive measuring device that uses the principle of parallel four knife four terminal measurement to measure the resistivity/square resistance of semi conductive rubber and plastic materials or films (hereinafter referred to as the test bench), in accordance with the specialized domestic standard for the rubber and plastic industry "GBT 3048.3-94 Test Method for Electrical Properties of Electric Wires and Cables - Volume Resistivity Test for Semiconductive Rubber and Plastic Materials".
Basic composition: The test bench consists of sample boxes, test electrode groups, lifting tables, brackets, connecting cables, and other components.
Matching and Compatibility: This testing platform is compatible with all desktop four probe testing instruments of our company. This test bench is compatible with the vast majority of four probe resistivity/square resistance testing instruments in the domestic industry.
Advantages and features: The electrode group lifting and lowering of this testing platform is a fast and constant pressure manual method, with good stability, compact structure, and easy measurement. The sample box is made of materials that are resistant to high temperature, corrosion, and high insulation, and is equipped with connecting electrodes. This way, after the cleaned standard sample is clamped, it is easy to dry, age, test, move, etc., while avoiding contamination caused by hand contact with the sample and affecting the testing accuracy.
The instrument is suitable for testing the square resistance and resistivity performance of semiconductor or rubber plastic materials in semiconductor film material factories, rubber plastic material factories, metal film material factories, capacitor factories, scientific research institutions, universities, etc.

2.1 Measurement range and resolution (determined by equipped instruments)
(1) Resistivity testing range
(Thickness d<2.2mm, width w<50mm)
Basic resistivity measurement value: 1.0 × 10-6-5.00 × 105 Ω * cm,
Resolution: 1.0 × 10-7 to 1.0 × 103 Ω * cm.

(2) Scope of square resistance test
Measurement of film width: 1mm ≤ w ≤ 50mm
Basic square resistance measurement value: 5.0 × 10-6-2.000 × 106 Ω/□,
Resolution: 1.0 × 10-1.0 × 103 Ω/□.
The specific relationship between film width w and measurement range is shown in Figure 2-1B.
2.2 SZT-G50 testing tool holder:
(1) Voltage blade spacing: 20mm ± 0.2%, blade length 60mm
