The ST-11 PN class analyzer is an instrument that uses the principle of rectification to identify the type of semiconductor conductivity, and also has the function of testing heavy doping.
Instrument set composition: This instrument consists of components such as the host and probe. The conductive type P or N is displayed by the digital tube, and whether it is re doped is indicated by the LED and buzzer.
