2.1 Basic Functions and Standards: The ST2643 Ultra High Resistance Micro Current Tester (High Resistance Volume Resistivity Surface Resistivity Tester) is a multi-purpose comprehensive measurement device that uses the principle of the ring three electrode method to measure the volume resistivity and surface resistivity of solid sheet and thin film conductive materials, insulation materials, and can also be used as an ultra high resistance meter or micro current tester. The design of this instrument complies with the domestic standard GB/T 1410-2006/IEC 60093:1980: "Test Method for Volume and Surface Resistivity of Solid Insulation Materials".
2.2 Complete set of instruments: composed of the ST2643 high resistance instrument host, standard circular three electrode, connecting cables, and other parts. The host mainly consists of a high-voltage power supply, a micro current detector, and an embedded microcontroller system.
2.3 Advantages and characteristics:
1. The operation mode is digital, and all parameter settings and function conversions are input using a digital keyboard. It is easy to operate, stable in performance, and has a long lifespan, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional mechanical switches such as single function, high failure rate, and large volume.
2. Automation of the testing process, voltage and current range conversion, all digital electronic switches, can be manually/automatically selected, avoiding the disadvantages of traditional mechanical switch operation, especially the inability to automate and manual data post-processing.

2.4 Electrode or fixture selection: The instrument is equipped with standard circular three electrodes, suitable for general sheet and thin film samples. Customers can also prepare or customize electrodes to expand their applications, such as testing resistivity and surface resistance from cylindrical surfaces and cylindrical inner walls, testing high resistance components, and testing micro currents.
The instrument has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, high sensitivity, good stability, high intelligence, compact structure, and easy to use.
2.5 Scope of application: The instrument is suitable for testing the resistance values of anti-static products such as anti-static shoes, anti-static plastic rubber products, computer room anti-static raised floors, and measuring the insulation resistance of insulation materials and electronic and electrical products in industrial and mining enterprises and research institutes. It can also be used for weak current measurements such as optoelectronic effects and device dark current measurements.
